front axle
Hi there,
The previous owner of your fine vehicle was seeking a correct, slightly later front axle, H section.
I have one such spare, as I have a 1924 short 2, which could use a tubular one like yours.
Both being brakeless, I presume they are interchangeable. We can swap stub axles too, or not as you prefer.
Cheers,
James Baxter (via Stuart Baxter, my Dad, who has a 1923 Short 2 in the members list)

Re: Hello!
Hi James,
Ahha - interesting. I have to admit, Im not too worried about the finer details of originality at the moment. Saying that, a swap along these lines seems to make sense. Where abouts are you based and how keen are you to do something soon? I was hoping to wait until the cold forces me to start doing any dismantling!
Cheers,
Ross
