Cut off switch will move to the right.
Positioning the battery cut off so it is accessible to driver and passenger.

Support had to be moved to raise nearside slightly.

Amy made the gasket between clutch and gearbox
She alos made the water transfre gaskets.

Fitting the gearbox.
Fitting the gearbox. This was after finding the correct clutch ball and widening the brass bell housing to accomodate it. Then realinging the clutch plate before finally persuading the input shaft to slide home.

Petrol Pipe photos before dismantling.
Petrol Pipe photos before dismantling. For ease the aluminium panel was cut as a new one was being made. The rubber pipe needed surgery to remove.

More detail of Petrol Pipe. This shows the metal and rubber draft excluder needed because there is so much movement between chassis and body so the hole in rear panel needs to 2 cm diameter larger than pipe.

Rear panel detail. Trial fitting to check alignment of hole. Hole was tight fit to pipe at this stage and was then widened.
