Wood Worm!

Now the wooden side of the car is all new to me, but having taken out the seats a fair few times and gradually noticing that one of the runners 2x4 shaped blocks of wood gradually getting eaten, well its now eaten up so much the wood is coming apart in flakes, Now I know this bit will probaly be un saveable but, has any one got any remedies if you call them that for preventing wood worm?

Woodworm killers and preventers can be brushed or sprayed on. Get from any hardware store. Make sure you do the whole car(and garage as well!)

If the garage is fairly airtigh a good spraying with a house-hold fly killer is a good idea too!
Spray, close it up and retreat for a while!
