Does anyone have any ideas on how to clean up a Chassis plate? its looking dirty and shabby was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on how to clean it up without damaging it?

Drop it in a glass of coke for 10 mins.

and or screw up a big piece of tin foil out of the kitchen, use coke or water or thinners, doesnt matter which, and give it a scrub

The latter works real well on chrome too
