Long time no posts, whats going on, thought I'd check in after not posting in over a month, just to say I am still alive, and the jowett is also still alive, started her up this morning took a while, in the end found out I'd run out of petrol, so with the recently aquired driving license I was able to pootle on down to the petrol station and get a jerry can full, put it in the tank and she started on the first try. As for the painting and stripping I am still stripping the wings, Ive just been so busy with college as this is my final year its all gets chucked in at once. Also been busy with freedom a license and car driving around and finding every little lane in and around the local area, to a point yesterday I got stuck in a ditch, wheels spinning mud flying and got bogged down, so me and my friend ended up pushing and chocking the wheels which what ever bits we cud find in the lane, eventually got out, my first lesson Ive learned while driving dont go down lanes you dont know because at the end there maybe big ditches that you cant drive out of. As I say still stripping the wings, as its half term at the moment Im hoping to get all four wings stripped fillerd and primerd by the end of this week, mind you ive been saying this for the past month.
Cheers Alan
