New Captcha on Registration

I have added a new Captcha system that uses a picture selection mechanism to attempt to prove that the user attempting to register is human.
This is because of a recent increase in false requests for registration, mainly from Russians using Internet Service Providers in allowed European states. I am interested to see how good the system is at identifying BOTS. The previous Question and Answer mechanism was not strong enough. Stronger paid services are available but I aim to keep costs to a minimum.
