Javelin Speedometer

Why not tell us about your car (start with a picture) and say what you have done with it; either restoring or using it over the years. Restoration of particular parts is of special interest. Club members can have their space on in their Personal Album to do this.

Whilst restoring the dash board instruments the unusual way the early javelin speedometer was designed, the numbers were reversed applied to inside the glass, not the face of the dial, brown face and white javelin type face, a friend copied, including exact typeface and lines to his computer, then printed on special self adhesive paper, when applied the results were quite good, other gauges to tackle
