l have 5 jupiters - 4 SALs. one SCL. Am having to downsize and will be putting them together as well as I can for sale so may need guidance from club owners and/or parts possibly, and have also found fixes for a couple of problems, one particularly in the transmission, which is an easy fix. Been doing ALL my own work for 63 yrs on all my cars, starting in 1962, with my first Citroen D sedan & currently have two decaps and 4 safaris plus a 2CV. Also own 16 Panhards and will be selling off most of those. Further, have two Humber Super Snipes for sale if anyone's interested, plus a '61 Hillman Minx Easidrive decap, which runs & has the very rare electric automatic transmission along with a lot of test eqpt and spare electrics for this hort-lived model.
Oh, almost forgot the '53 Bristol 403 I imported a yr before Bristol bit the dust. Willing to trade Citroen solutions with anyone for info on bringing these Jupiters back to life if possible. And if anyone in the UK needs parts we might have here across the pond, I might be able to help out.
PS: I was an apprentice the summer of '66 working for John Payne, of FJ Payne & Son Ltd in Oxford, and one of my jobs was doing part of the construction of the grounds lamps for St. Catherine's College - they're still there.
Lastly, if anyone needs help for who knows what, John Payne's son Tim, now runs Paynes in Eynsham (110 yrs in business) and Tim can fix just about anything. He also designed and supplies overdrives for the Bentley owners club in the US and I'm sure the UK or anywhere they need one. If you Tim up, please pass on my regards - I was his breakdown ride for the 2013 L-B run on his borrowed '04 Lagonda Nere' a car. DNF'd 12 mi. from Brighton sadly! Splash lube on the DeDion-Bouton Vtwin was v. poor, leading to freqent seizure.

- Your interest in the forum: I now own Javelin E0 10010 (formerly Robin Fairservice's car in British Columbia). I spent some time figuring out a terrible racket in the engine and it will be used in the summers, alongside my collection of British obscurities (well, they are obscure here in N America).
I'll be looking for technical help, spares, and the sort. - Given Name: Tom

Wow, Ken. I'm sure we'd all love some more details on the cars and their condition, along with any photos you could provide.
I'm in New Hampshire, and there are a handful of owners in California for certain.
