Hi All,
Having to relocate lots of those 'might come in handy' parts yesterday. I came across a NOS unused prop shaft Javelin midship bearing assembly. The Parts Book calls it part number AS50918. The bearing looks like a sealed unit and there is therefore no grease nipple. Means no need to struggle under the car on servicing days!
Don't really know what these change hands for these days, but £45 including postage would result on it landing on your doormat!
All the best,
David Morris

- Your interest in the forum: I now own Javelin E0 10010 (formerly Robin Fairservice's car in British Columbia). I spent some time figuring out a terrible racket in the engine and it will be used in the summers, alongside my collection of British obscurities (well, they are obscure here in N America).
I'll be looking for technical help, spares, and the sort. - Given Name: Tom

Hi All,
Just to let you know that Tom Rymes has bought the midship bearing assembly.
Anyone looking for Javelin/Jupiter engine parts? Just let me know?
All the best,
David
