Is this a Bradford Dynamo

I have found a dynamo in the back of dad's garage ,can anyone tell me if it is off of a CC Bradford
It's a Lucas ,the markings are 22258D 5 54
C39PV2 LO 12v
The pulley has a diameter of 3.5 in ,
It looks similar to a Javelin one but with a larger pulley
Thanks for any help
have just purchased a javilin and will need all the help i can get
