Pre-war Hoods and Frame

Post by DougGillanders »

Does any one know of a company which can alter a pre-war hood and frame (both is very good condition) which currently only covers the front seats, to cover the position of the dickey in a 1927 Long Two? I say 'position' as it is not a dickey but is accessed through a second door behind the front passenger seat door and the covering is a ropey bit of semi waterproof canvas which fills with water when it rains which when you attempt to remove it, deposits the entire puddle of water in the footwell

Doug. you could try http://www.auto-trimming.co.uk/mainpage.html ask for Phil. If they can’t do the frame they
may advise.
