A PM in the outbox means it has not been read. PMs are not sent but stored in the PM Inbox. I would suggest you click on the user's JowettTalk email link and then he will be sent an email message. He should receive this provided he is still reading the inbox of the email address that is registered in JowettTalk.
If you are a JCC club member you can find the member's telephone number by using the members' services First Aid facility
