Hi Peter,
I do not think there is a company which specifically does it. If the cracks are small they can be repaired and the wheel sprayed. I have had some molded in epoxy and had some made with a wooden rim. But that was long ago.

Hi Peter,

You are not alone! Almost every Javelin wheel I have seen has cracked, probably due to the combination of sunlight, unstable early plastic materials and simply age!

Here are a couple of specialists in the UK :-

Pride Car Customs 07829-141290

Steering Wheel Restoration Services 01843-844962

They won't be cheap, so why not get a leather wheel cover? Contact either in the UK, 'Mr. Steering' via his on-line shop, or in the US, a company called, 'Wheelskins'. Do the wheel measurements very carefully and seek out a strong curved needle.

Hope this helps?

I use a company here in So. California that recasts the wheels (made a mold from one of my wheels) and offers a 10 year warranty on the work. They have done 8 wheels for me, some that are now past the 10 year mark and look great. Not cheap: about US$500. Willing to help if this is of interest.

Other, lesser known option for Jupiters: Same wheel is on Volvo P444. Of course, that might be as hard to find as a Jupiter wheel!
