Hello.. My name is Steve Howard and this is my first posting.
I have joined the Jowett Forum in the hope that I might learn of the whereabouts of a 1952 Jowett SC Jupiter, which I spent 5 years restoring during the early 90's. Reg. No. JAY 420.
I still have many photographs of its restoration and detailed history of the car, dating right back to its original owner, together with a front cover and eight page feature article, about it in the Autocar Magazine.
During my period of ownership, I collected dozens and dozens of phographs of every kind and type of jupiters ever made.
Some of you older Jowett members might remember this car, as I bought this Jupiter from a very long standing and active member in Gt Bently Essex... Dick Worn.
Unfortunately I had to sell the car at auction in 1995 and so lost all contact with it, as it was bought by a dealer, who then sold it at auction again soon after he bought from me.
I would love to see it again or speak to its current owner and I will post on the gallery some pictures of Jupiter JAY 420 (assuming I can as I have not yet navigated all the site yet).
Thanks for reading my first posting and Happy Motoring .......
Steve Howard

Hello Steve
I did a quick check on the DVLA site and no records can be found for JAY 420. So I suggest you send a PM Personal Message not prime minister to Edmund Nankivell as the Jupiter registrar if anyone knows anything about your old car he will.
Its good to hear from you please join the gallery and put your pictures up there. If I can help with the techie bit please let me know, but if you are happy load em on up.
Best Regards
