Jupiter RHD rack on US eBay
Not mine. This rack comes from the car found in Virginia last year. A close look shows a bolt where the grease pin should be, and an attempt was made to remove the steering yoke from the pinion shaft. Also missing the complete arm assembly. Ebay item number 201909194342, ending in 3 days, but likely to be relisted.

Is that from the vine covered car? Can we now assume it has a new owner & the car is being parted out?
Good memories of Bradfords.

Yes, vine covered car; no, this is part of the stuff Mark Lieberman scavenged off the car and took to Michigan. He had most of the motor and gearbox and those went to a guy in Colorado. He also has the front bonnet assembly and we should expect that to show up on ebay soon. In an email from Edmund to me, Edmund says Mark will be selling the rest of the car. It's not clear to me exactly what that means.
My emails with Mark were less than I had hoped for. At first he refused to divulge the name of the seller and claimed the car had already been crushed. Some weeks later, he said the car was about to be junked, so if I wanted anything to let him know and finally a little later that he did not have any contact info for the owner of the remnants of the car. Both Ken Nelson and Phillip DIngle had separate viewings of the parts Mark had taken, but did not obtain any of them.
If anyone wants the rack, it can be forwarded through me should Mark not want to deal internationally.

The seller claims to have sold the rack and all other remnants of the car to an unnamed buyer in the UK. The motor and gearbox went to Colorado, assumed to the long time owner of 156, known to be motorless for decades. So, the question is who in the UK bought it?
