I am busy for a few days doing the Technical day. I will have a look when I get time. There must be one buried somewhere.

Happy memories of a rally navigating for John in Lancashire in the 1980's or at least they were happy after I recovered from a severe bought of nausea. It just about cured me and I had little problem for the next 30 years navigating. As you may have realised after I posted that reply I became engulfed in the Alaska by Jowett experience and totally forgot!
