New search facility

JowettTalk now has a new search facility which allows searching for phrases.

So put this

"fleet addition"

in the search box and it will find the whole phrase not the two separate words

finds only posts with both the phrase and the word in them.

All the capabilities are listed here.
Note the minimum word length is 4 characters and the maximum 84.
The MySQL engine is MyISAM and the collation sequence is latin1_swedish_ci which means that searches are case insensitive.
