I have an address for a refurbishing firm if you have no luck with your request. I believe the costs are quite high.

Vintage and Classic Shock Absorbers
203 Sanderstead Road
South Croydon
Surrey CR2 0PN

Have you already tried Jowett Car Spares?

My Father fitted Bradford shocks onto his 8hp.
And I will be doing the same on the rear for my 10hp aswell.
