Javelin at Goodwood
I understand that there was a very fast Javelin registered HPC225 at Goodwood recently - can anybody tell me more about it?

Re: Javelin at Goodwood
Hi Noel,
The only racing Javelin I am aware of is Julian's car, though I wasn't aware it was ready yet.
He was aiming to get the shell as light as he possibly could, and presumably has put a lot of work into tuning the engine, which might explain its speed. I know he is a regular at Goodwood, I gave him a lift at Revival last year and realised we had been e-mailing each other about his car!
I think he is a JCC member, so should be contactable. It would be great to see some photos or other information if there is any.
Jack.

HPC225 not in register I have. Was it racing or just on a track day?

Looks great. I fixed the Gallery link.
One way of lightening a Javelin is to put it through a dipping process to get rid of the rust. That takes off all the lead as well!
See how to put it back on at the NEC Resto show next week.
