Thanks Chris :-)

Costs for shipping are anywhere between £650 and £2000. So unless we can fill a container its not economic :(

Take a holiday there, rebuild it and drive it around. :D
I have researched how to do an Alaska to Argentina trip in a Jowett as my next excursion but was halted by the challenge of getting across the Darién Gap.
But now there is a ferry serviceand it would only take a year and a half to do the whole journey!

It might be quicker in a Bradford!

Anyone interested?

You are as mad as I thought, Scott. Our first task is to find a Jowett, either in Alaska or Argentina that, with a bit of fettling, might do the journey! The alternative is to do twice the distance driving down to Tierra Del Fuego and back up to Alaska and then selling the car in Purdoe, just to save that trip back to LA. Well you have to be optimistic. :D

Well Gents, when you find a Jowett which looks good to go, don't forget to put a tow bracket (a la Wait and See) and bring back that Bradford to me please :D
