I have a Jowett badge I would like info on or sell. It is 2 & 1/2 inchs wide and 2 & 3/8 wide with a slight curve. It has green back round with engine dated 1910.It says " The little engine with a big pull".Jowett. It is ringed in gold then red Backround for script is blue. Lettering is gold. It seems to be made of copper or brass. I collect Morgan cars and badges. I would be interested for a Mog trade.

Unusual Jowett badge
This unusual enamel badge is now in the safe hands of a Jowett Car Club member in Australia, with plans for it to be used on the front of an early Jowett.
I am looking for information about the history of this unusual badge: where did it come from, the approximate year of manufacture, and are there any other examples out there?
There is no evidence on the back of the badge that it was ever soldered onto the top tank of a radiator although the convex form fits the curve on the front of the top tank of my 1927 radiator.
I've looked at all the photos of early Jowetts in my library of Jowett books and can't find it anywhere. I've searched Google images using their clever search function that tries to match the photo of my badge with no success, and also looked though hundreds & hundreds of badges on the internet. Can anyone suggest anything that might help me identify this badge?
Cheers,
Andrew

Hi David,
I think you are perhaps confused by the Subject of this thread. The original post in the thread was loaded by Keith when Morgan collector John McNulty of New York State USA contacted him to advise that he had a Jowett badge that he was prepared to swap with someone. I contacted John and bought the badge from him and plan to use it on the front of my vintage 7hp Jowett special. So, to answer your question: Yes, I still have the badge, but unfortunately it isn't for sale.
Kind regards, Andrew
