Trevor Spero has used stuff from these guys successfully.

As well as LED conversions there are also dynamo and regulator conversions available.

I have just bought a pair of LED 500w equivalent floodights. My only reservation would be using an LED board as a headlight as I suspect the focus may be out and you would dazzle oncoming drivers, would not be too good in fog and long range spot beam would not be good. But for most classic applications quite adequate. Will they be marked down in the concours?
