Were the names interchangeable? Was Chummy just a nickname?

Does a climbing scuttle Short 4 exist i wonder?

The Economy was a little different, i think. Although it was a short chassis 4 seater, it had the steel radiator and deeper body. The sole survivor being is it Gertrude?

And only 3 Chummys survive?
