interior fittings

Whilst getting the interior trim bits together before fefurbishing the interior of a 52 PD jav I have come across a blind fitting.
Is this a genuine bit of interior ?.

Where was it fitted? At the rear or on a side window? There was a blind put on the radiator by some and operated from inside the car.
