Contact Breaker sets

Post by paul wilks »

This will be a daft question (!) but I have found a supplier of replacement Lucas contact breaker sets for the DM2 distributor. The part number is Lucas 420196 and the sets are in original Lucas boxes! Anyway the price is £14.50 plus VAT. Any thoughts about the price, please?

Hi Paul,

You should buy a couple of sets if JCS haven't got any. There can't be that many originals left. After all the restoration time and money, you need to look to the future.

Tony.

Before you buy a bulk lot check with Jowett Car Spares.
I understand that Jowett Car Spares have a full set of all ignition items for all cars. More additional stock might not be a problem.
