Goodwood Revival

XMG 258 will be a taxi for VIPs at the Revival on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of September. I do have two of the very best tickets including Paddock entry, so if someone would like to join me on any of the days please contact me. You should wear period dress to the event. I will be camping and travelling down on Thursday afternoon and would love some company on the trip there from Kings Langley.

Just come back from 4 days at the Goodwood Revival. Jenny's Jowett received huge interest and was seen by just about everybody, perhaps 300000 classic motoring enthusiasts, including a dozen motoracing world champions as it was parked right outside the Driver's Club. Sir Jack Brabham and Wayne Gardner with wives both rode in the Javelin and commented on its style and power. I had half an hour with both couples to chat whilst taking them to and from the hotel.

Many commented on the marvellous job Jenny made of polishing. XMG now has two TAXI signs on the front since it was part of the Goodwood Revival Transport Corps. Brian Gordon's excellent example was also there being used on the airfield.
