25 or so years ago one of the more noticeable Bradfords was that owned by Syd Layckck, chiefly because it had 3 windscreens, one in the conventional location and 2 further ones desposed in either side. Some time ago this passed into the hands of a member living in Ipswich.
It has been fully refurbished and returned to a true van. It was featured in Classic Van and Pick-up Magazine last November in the regular Feature "My Story"
I was advised this week, that its current owner has sadly recently passed away and his widow has asked me if I could undertake the task of selling it for her and saving her from the emotional trauma at this sad time.
Basic details are: 1949 CB Bradford Van. restored and repainted. Coach written. MOT to middle of the year (don't have the exact date). Offers over £4000.
If you are interested please PM me, please respect the dear lady's wishes to not be pestered currently.
It will be advertised in the March Jowetteer and is advertised elsewhere
