Sold at auction - price includes auction house bidders premium - £2,070 for a project that you would be lucky to get £500 for normally - hence I believe that purchaser has valued the registration number over that of the car - do not be surprised to find the car back for sale at some stage with next to nothing done on it, and with a different none transferable age related registration number.

I attended the auction (were you there Chris?) - there were quite a few people bidding, in the room and on the phone and internet. The hammer fell at £1800 to a telephone bidder. The car has all the usual Javelin rust problems underneath - outriggers, rear box section etc etc., although the upper body wasn't that bad considering.
Whether we ever see the car again......but I guess the registration number will appear for sale soon!
