Is the SA loom the same as the SC?

Post by Forumadmin »

The wire loom maker says he only has one listed.

Does the SA loom have the wires going to the number plate light fed from a break in the loom above the rear shock absorber or does it come from the connectors in the rear offside corner? The former would be illogical.

Obviously, on the SC the wires, have to come from the back of the boot.

For my SC I bought a wiring loom from the club. Clearly it is a SA loom, but it has fitted relatively well, although I have indeed needed to modify it for the rear number plate light and for twin flashers in the front side/indicator lights.

I chose to lay it out on a large table and work out which wire did what to whom before fitting it to the car. I added the extra wires then.
