Usernames and registration

Tony Fearn asked Tony Jackson to 'come out' and change his username so we know to whom we are talking.

I have tried to cajoule users to use ther real names rather than pseudonyms in JowettTalk and insist they do on JowettGallery.

We are reviewing all things about the website and want to gather as many views as possible to improve your experience of the site.

The desire is to have a login on the home page that then gives access to JowettTalk and JowettGallery. This may be a step to full integration where documents are accessible using a single set of credentials for JowettTalk and JowettGallery.

Currently access is based on whether you are a club member (that is registered on JowettGallery), have shown an interest in Jowetts (that is registered on JowettTalk), or are just a member of the public or a search engine.

I realise that many potential users are very new to the the Internet, their browsers and computer technology. Some may also be visually impaired or have difficulty using a mouse.
