What should the emission values for HC, CO and CO2 be at idle and high idle (2000 rpm)?

I cant recall my MOT tester ever sticking that tube up my Javelins pipe. Dont think he has to because the cars so old.

British MOT test...visual smoke test only required.
I think it's cars prior to 1976 but it's a few years since I was a tester.
