Moto-Lita steering wheel for a Jupiter

Post by jondowning »

I'm considering ordering a Moto-Lita steering wheel for e3sa934. The main reason for ordering is to use a smaller diameter wheel and thereby gain a bit more cabin space (as well as the M-L being a fine looking object). Does any forum member have such a wheel, and is there anything in particular I should consider before taking the plunge? Comments on style of wheel, accessories etc would also be welcome. Thanks.

Mota Lita

Hello Jon,

As your nearest Jupiter neighbour (I think); I have a mota-lita fitted see http://www.thegreggsplace.co.uk/hky770page15.htm. It does give more cabin space and could have been fitted early on in the cars life. If you want to come and have a look, PM me and I will set it up. Am having work done on the car so various bits off it mean I can't bring it to you. The Jowett horn push is very nearly a perfect fit in the space provided.

Hi Alastair, was good to meet you ..... and I've decided that I will go for a Moto-Lita. Please could you confirm the wheel size you use?

By the way, my mind is still boggling at the thought of what 1300 tons of potatoes must look like
