I have been measuring lift on six different cams and. of course, have six sets of numbers.
Please correct me if I make an incorrect statement.
The manual lists lobe height as 1.266" from the base to the tip with a maximum wear tolerance of .006". It does not give the lift or duration.
I believe the rocker ratio is 1.5.
Lift on the later cams seems to be .245" to .250" on both intakes and exhaust. Does this sound correct?
I assume the cams I have that are about .220" lift are earlier Javelin cams.
Thanks for the help.

Javelin Cams
I have checked in my print out of a JCC Technical manual dated 28/04/2002 and it states that the cam heel to toe measurement is 1.266", and the amount of lift is 0.224". At the beginning it says that all of the data is for the 1951 model.
