In October 2006 at THE NEC Classic Car Show, we will launch a new concept to aid us vehicle owners (I own four in various states of restoration).
For the first time ever, Character Classics wll embark on a twelve month project to bring together vehicle owners from all of the genuine owners clubs and affiliated clubs who would offer themselves and their vehicle for wedding, television/film productions and corporate media events.
Under one roof, together we can enjoy the benefits of one central resource, regulated in a manner than not only is professional, but also productive in providing an exciting platform from which we can earn financial reward to offset the cost of ownership, safe in the knowledge that when any event takes place, iy will protect both hirer and vehicle owner alike.
I am very mindful of the terms of this forum so I will not harp on, but in short we welcome interest from those wishing to "test drive" www.characterclassics.co.uk and help us over the coming months to iron out any small teething problems ahead of its public launch at the end of October 2006.
We have posted a temp site to answer any immediately questions at the link above and would simply ask that you register your interest in taking part (please be assured, this information WILL NOT go anywhere other than to my own desktop)
