Preparation is continuing for this year's Harry Naerger race season. The engine built up by Scott and Neil last year has had its new rocker assemblies that Scott had prepared in California fitted by Neil and myself. Some reshimming between the spacers and fettling of one rocker was required to centre on the valve stem.
The new radiator was trial fitted. It has a notch formed at the base to accommodate the high torque starter, if thought desired to reduce weight.
We also visited Orca clutches to reorder the sintered clutch used at le Mans last year.
An entry is in but we have to wait for acceptance.
