Brain teadrr

Post by David Kemp »

Attached is a ohoto of some parts I have made for a fellow Jowetteer. So how well do you know your Jowett?
All Javelins & all Jupiterz have these. Bradfords do not.
Any guesses?

Good guess but no. Jowett does not list them as a seperate part, they are part of another part.
However another marque lists them with their own part number

The answer is a brake adjuster pin.
Most of you will ask why bother, however brake shoes are now hard ti get & it is silly to discard a 70 year old part that just needs a small repair.
