Its very difficult to say - there are no overall images of the external bodywork and I would cast much doubt over the vendors claim that it doesn't require any welding - no information on if the engine is free / turns over or if indeed the car rolls freely - the vendor isn't really doing himself any favours with the loose description / images - Chances are it will end up like most Javelin projects do on e bay - back up for sale within 18 months or so when the purchaser actually comes to the realisation of just how much work (let alone expense) is involved in returning something like this back to the road - I sincerely hope that isn't the case however, long held history on Javelin projects proves otherwise

This car turned up as a barn find in January and the finder made himself known on the JCC Facebook page. He then advertised it for sale and it changed hands to the present owner in February. At first it's identity was a bit of a mystery until it became apparent that a typo with the registration had been perpetuated for years. As Chris Spencer suggests, the trouble with barn finds (and this looked a genuine barn, where it had been standing for years) you can never be sure about what caused them to be put away in the first place.
