Wanted: Bradford Handbrake Pawl

Hi, I am after a Bradford handbrake pawl as mine is worn to uselessness - I have the lever and the ratchet but the pawl is no good. They were made from really hard material so making a new one is outside the scope of my garage equipment. If anyone has one or a complete working handbrake I would be most grateful.

I have some NOS all I need to do is find them.

will have a look tommorow (Sat)

I am pretty sure that they are nothing more exotic than case hardened mild steel.

Many thanks - hopefully problem solved.

Keith - the old one seems very hard indeed - I thought of JCS but no stock, and I thought of building it up with weld but not sure about the integrity of that. Hence the ask on here.

I welded up a Jupiter one and ground it to shape.
