So far 183 different people have successfully used member services. I know some have had issues registering and activating. This may because they did not receive the email the system sent them with the activation key, or they did not click on the key link within the 10 minutes allowed. Some get confused with not using the key in the last email the system sent them (this might not be the last one that they received). So be patient! Some may also have had issues with completing the registration, perhaps with the phone number vaidation, but the process is there to reduce attack from spammers and hackers. Anyhow if you still have issues using the system then PLEASE contact me. webmaster@jowett.org but also please read what it says on the registration page as this may help you.

The system is less complex than registering for an email account or Facebook. It does not require you to use a username, as your identity is your validated email address. It does not even require you to remember your password as you can always re-register if you have forgotten it.
Once you have registered and activated your account, make sure you save the email so that you can use the key again. You can also put this key as a browser favourite or desktop icon or alias so you have a one click access to Jowett Member Services forever (or at least until you forget the simple password you chose).

I will be trying to fix some of the issues this uncovers. But there are some things I do not let Google see!
Many of the errors are due to 20+ year old pages that have remained on the site.

The amount of data downloaded varies by month the largest this year was 737GB but is always above 20GB per month.
There are various 'websites' that jowett.net supports. The one that gets the most use is the secure jowett.net site which in Sept had 2332 different visitors viewing 27,977 pages , jowett.org had 1468 viewing 11,248 pages in the same period, jowettjupiter.com had 312 viewing 529 pages in the same period.
