I have 9 inch spoon type wipers on my Javelin can someone confirm if this is the correct size

The length is correct. I think originally a peg fixing rather than spoon was used.

I think the rubber peg type are generally intended for rigid blades and flat glass. These may have been fitted to very early Javelins but by some 8000 cars there was an engineering change which was almost certainly a blade that allowed some articulation across the curved screen. This type would require a spoon type arm.

Remember the Javelin was the first production car to have a curved windscreen. So it took some time for Triplex to catch up and produce the articulated blade.
