Brightwells have a 1951 Javelin Delux in a current online sale that finishes on 13/05/21 - Described has freshly restored (I think I know the source / restorer) - guide is £9k - £11k - link below

A grand total of £10864 inc fees Not much margin there then for it to pop up on a dealer's forecourt with a few thousand on top but you never know.

Well restored / well presented Javelins are readily into the £14k - £16k price bracket on a dealers forecourt so I cant see why there isn't margin in it - furthermore you would expend at least twice this amount to professionally restore one
