Password change

After you have clicked the forgotten password link on the login page you will probably want to change your password to something more memorable. So after loging in using the link and password sent by email do this.

It is important to always use a strong password as hackers have tools that can easily crack simple ones, so JowettTalk insists on at least 12 characters with UPPER and lower case and a number character. e.g. bradFord1923myPetName Special characters are not allowed as this can cause issues if you change keyboards .
Note that JowettTalk does not check for common words, so please use something only known to you and unlikely to be guessed. Do not use a password used elsewhere. If a hacker captures by deception or guesses your password used on an insecure site then they may try it on many other sites to try to get in.

Jowett Member Services Password
Note that Jowett Member Services is not connected to JowettTalk and uses a different authorization process. Rather than a user name which is visible to all that read JowettTalk, JMS uses an activation link sent to your email address. You can also use a password for JMS and thus reuse the activation link.
