Regardless of what Briggs used you will not find an exact match available in the market and will have to fit what is available - the nail on type roof gutter is no longer available in the correct depth either -the only nail on type one is of quite a narrow profile that does not have enough depth to hide the fabric nailing (The narrow profile guttering is manufactured for Morris Minor Travellers) - the alternative is fit a J type profile gutter

The problem with the above suppliers is that they will not post anything over 2 metres in length (even lees than this in some cases)

John Adams Coachbuilding supplies will deliver by the length but have restricted stock width

Thank you Chris for your reply.

However, it's not the gutter I have an issue with. I actually managed to salvage some suitable guttering from a scrap caravan some years ago and have now fitted it. IMHO it looks OK. See photo.

No, the issue is the width of the 1/2 round strip that goes where the tin stops and the fabric starts on the roof. For a van this is above the windscreen and for a truck (my case) all around the rubber/fabric bit in the middle. Now I do have some 1/2 round alu, which is 19mm wide. But this a) LOOKS too narrow, and b) doesn't look like it's up to the job. Hence my question.

BTW I have no problem sourcing 1/2 round alu in various widths locally

I think I used 19mm on the last Bradford roof that I did - you could probably up this to 22mm but I think 25mm would look too wide
