Jowett 10 Inlet Manifold

Post by Forumadmin »

A few months ago I purchased a Jowett 10 J7599. The car has been owned by a number of members of the JCC of NZ over the years. In about 1999 / 2000 the body was refurbished and painted and the interior completely re-trimmed. The car has not been used since 2006 . There are a few mechanical issues , the major one is the inlet manifold which is extensively corroded and attempts to repair it have been unsuccessful. I have spoken to Vic Morrison in Christchurch about converting it to twin carbs but before I go down that track I thought that I would check to see if it was possible to get a manifold from the UK.
