Hello, I'm currently in the process of putting things back togther properly for the mot time, now I'm missing the fittings for the floor, are they coach head bolts? or normal nut and bolts, screws? And what sizes are they?
Also where do you get your supplys of nuts and bolts, bsf and bsw threads?

You need to be a little bit more specific about what you need.
Is there no floor at all in the car?
What are the "fittings" that are missing? Do you mean the bolts holding the body to the chassis, or the footboard to the bulkhead, or the turnbuckles holding the removable piece covering the gearbox, or the front seat runners, or the steel pressing in the rear foot-well etc?
You should be able to measure diameter and length of each necessary bolt quite easily.
I've put 'nuts bolts' into Google and there's quite a list of suppliers come up. One of them -Namric - usually has a stall at Beaulieu Autojumble and seems to have a comprehensive range.
As far as I remember, most of the bolt threads are BSF, but the bolts needed to withdraw the oil pump from the engine are I think 1/4 BSW.
Did you ever get the parcel of various split pins, spring and plain washers and BSF nuts I posted to you before Christmas to help with the Crieff project?
Yeah I did thanks, the crieff project is coming along slowly, as the engine is the donor engine is seized its waiting a little proding at the moment, as for the my previous question its the toe board there are many holes for for bolts, where it fixed to the chassis. I mean its togther and in one piece but its not connected to the chassis.

I think the toe board is bolted onto the flanges running down each side of the bulkhead beneath the tool boxes. The toe board is fitted from the inside of the car, and the bolts are put in from the engine side with the nuts hidden subsequently under the carpet.
It's a bit of a bind trying to get the clutch, brake and accelerator pedals through it whilst fitting. Another pair of hands is useful.
The bolts also hold fastenings for the electrical wires that come up from under the chassis at each side of the bulkhead in the engine bay, before they come into the car to behind the dashboard.
Just a little aside. I used PlusGas liquid on quite a few rusty Jowett bits in the past and can recommend it.
Yeah, those are the ones im thinking on that attach to the fixtures on the bulk head as the floor board is held in by a swiveling catch one the passenger and one on the driverside just slide round and hold it in place then the toe boad threads through 3 pedal arms, and then is fixed to the bulkhead under the tool box, what is are the sizes of those bolts?

BUT: - HOW are the cables secured? Is it metal 'P' clips, 'hump-back bridge' saddles or some other method other than cable ties!
Yes the fastenings are nickel-plated 'P' clips but the original 'P' is elongated rather than circular.'P' clips are available through Classic Car suppliers.
Alan, the toe board goes in first and is fastened with the bolts. Measure the diameter of the holes in the bulkhead and how long the bolts will need to be to fit through the toe board with nut attached. Perhaps a 5/16" x 1 and a 1/2" length bolt will suffice taking into account the 'P' clip and a washer on the inside.
Hint: these mass produced coach bolts/nut and similar fixtures can be notorious to loosening off..even wit washers etc
The manufactures tend to have wide tolerances for the threads..makes the dies last longer.
a spot of locktite 242 or silicon sealer on the threads stops loosening off and they can still be removed later if required.
