One day somebody will get around to putting the "Jowett History " on the web. I was hoping that the JowettGallery and JowettTalk would stimulate the collection of our history.
Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jowett offers a competent alternative that I encourage you all to correct and supplement.
Of course, there are the excellent publications; but sadly most are now out of print.
Could we start by having pictures of every Jowett model; not just the outside; but the trim, mechanicals and any interesting components? We could trace the development of such things as brakes, electrics, cooling, gearboxes and styling, perhaps comparing with other cars.
Let us capture the engineering in Jowetts; good or bad!
