Jowett Javelin (deluxe model) For Sale

For Sale Jowett Javelin Deluxe Model

My Grandfather has recently passed away & we need to sell his Jowett Javelin. Unfortunately he never quite finished restoring the car. From what I can remember him saying, it has been spray primered & just needs the final coat of paint. The bumpers could do with being re-chromed as well.

My Grandfather was a machinist & rebuilt the engine. He did so much work on this car I should have written down all the things before he passed away. It’s in great condition.

I am located in Gloucestershire, if you would like me to email you some pictures please message me on here. Anyone is welcome to come & view the car

We are looking for £2000 ono

Thank you for looking

Russell (tel: 07779 975451)

Javelin Deluxe for Sale

Post by Alastair Gregg »

The car is a 1953 model and chassis and engine number were similar if not the same. I went to look but don't have the space. Russel has either a follow on log book or the original log book (the green one). Talk to him nicely and he may sell you a few other parts he has there for example I know there is a dynamo still in its original box.

I will be putting the car in the Jowetteer for Russel. I've missed this one but hope to get the August one.
Compliments of the Season,
