How to add events to the club calendar
Nominated represenatives can use Google Calendar to add events to a particular section calendar or the National or International one. Please look at the included slides.Please put the section initials first SC=Scottish,NE=NorthEast,NO=North,NW=NorthWest,MI=Midlands,EA=EastAnglia,SV=Severnside,SO=Southern,SW=SouthWest,NA=National,IN=Internationalthen a short heading, then time, location, plus a description containing a contact name.Do not put email or tel number unless you are happy for public to see, public contact usually made made via requests page section sec email.Do not change any thing else.Then click save.

Google Calendar
My calendar should list the calendars to which you have been given access. Click on \'My Calendars\' to reveal.Click on the calendar to which you wish to add an event.

The panel contains some of these options depending on your privilege. It may help to choose \'display only this calendar\' if adding a lot of events.Choose \' Add an event\' for the next slide.
