Good to see that the car is being moved on rather than sitting in storage forever like so many. It will require a lot of love as a closed car is unlikely to be an economically profitable restoration.

Vendor is a dreamer at this price - being a closed car and something of quite an ugly attempt to rebody a desirable sports car it's going to be difficult to move on - whilst it has a place in Jowett history it is somewhat at the very bottom of the ranks when it comes to owning a Jupiter - no where near worth the asking price - it's real worth being probably half of the asking price and even then it's actual value is in the chassis & drive train - it would cost in excess of £25 - £30k to restore professionally but still only be worth half of that when completed.

The Farr Jupiter was listed on E Bay over the holidays - Has I first thought the vendor is holding out for too much money for it - the auction was bid to £4,450 with the reserve not met -
