Have just joined the forum , we have acquired a 1936 Jowett Kestrel from our late father , we think he has owned it twice , firstly from 1972 ish , then again in late 1970s. The car was spruced up for all three of his offsprings weddings in 1981 , 1988? and 1999 and finally his grand daughters wedding in 2015.
Sadly he passed away this April and was a member of the Jowett Car Club in the past.
It is garaged at my works and there are spares of which we're not sure about and was still on the road every year until last Autumn.The car is in Warrington and if anyone is interested in buying please message me as we have no practical desire to keep it and little mechanical knowledge but feel it would make an excellent project to restore to its full glory , mechanically sound but paintwork has been definetly DIY.
